Workflow States and Comments

Learnosity's workflow functionality allows you to define custom workflow states which Items have to go through before being published. In this demo we've enabled an exemplary workflow, where Items have to be moved from state 'Draft' to state 'Approved'. Once in 'Approved' state, Items are automatically published. It's possible to add comments to the workflow, so that Authors know what needs to be done in order to move an Item forwards. Items, which are not in any workflow state, are given the 'Unassigned' state by default and can be moved to state 'Draft'. The workflow functionality allows Authors to search for Items by workflow state. For more information refer to the Item workflow init options.
